Eddie began his career in banking 15+ years ago in roles such as residential loan officer, licensed investment banker, and commercial lender. He has worked in the real estate industry and is a licensed Florida realtor. Currently, he is CEO of the DEC Group and broker for DEC Lending. He specializes in conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM lending.
